Albuquerque NM Home Sales prices of Single-family detached increased 9.14% (Median)
and 4.13% (Average) from 2013.
Single-family detached home sales rose 7.91% from December of last year.

Albuquerque NM Home Sales out-perform the National average.

Home Sales Down But Home Prices Rise

Existing home sales fell in November, although median prices continue to show strong year-over-year growth.

Total existing home sales, dropped 4.30% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.90 million in November

from 5.12 million in October, and are 1.20% below the 4.96 million-unit pace in November 2012.

This is the first time in 29-months that sales were below year-ago levels.
