Average sale prices saw a 6.26% reduction from 1st Quarter 2011 while the median price saw a 3.61% drop from the same period. | |

There were 492 closed sales of detached homes reported, a 4.90% increase over the prior year. Median sales price for detached residential homes settled in at $160,000.
